FAQ

What are your prices?

Each of our artists has an hourly rate and an hourly minimum. What this means is that we charge you based on how long the tattoo takes, and we only take appointments for tattoos that will take a certain amount of time. With that being said, if you want a smaller tattoo, we might not be the shop for you. But we mean no hard feelings, and want you to have the best experience possible! So if you need a recommendation, we will be happy to give you one.

The hourly rates and minimums vary artist to artist. We encourage you to fill out a contact form to find out specifics!

How do I make an appointment?

We’ve made it simple. Just go to the artist tab, find your artist, and fill out their booking form. If you aren’t sure which artist is the one for you, that’s okay too! Just fill out the contact form on our homepage or write in to info@darkmoonla.com with a description of what you want. We will be happy to help you out!

Do you take walk ins?

We do not. If you come by, you might get lucky and catch one of our artists while they aren’t busy, but we are an appointment only shop. Here at Dark Moon, we want to help you make informed decisions on your tattoo collection. Whether it’s your very first tattoo, or you just need gap fillers, we will be here to help you formulate a solid plan for how to proceed. But don’t be discouraged! Do you offer piercings?

No we do not. If you are in need of anything piercing-related we highly recommend our friends over at Royal Heritage Tattoo. You can find them at http://www.royalheritagetattoo.com/home

What are your Hours?

We do not have set hours. Since we only take appointments, we are only in house when someone is tattooing. The shop is completely closed on Tuesdays and Fridays. Our doors open at 11:00am and close at 8:00pm. These are also our office hours, so if you’re trying to get ahold of us, try to stick to those hours. We really appreciate it!
